The offer: New2Market’s regular listing commission is 2.5% of the sale price, plus HST. Under this offer, the listing commission is 1.25% of the sale price, plus HST.

Conditions

1. The seller must be a current member of the Richmond Hill Squash Club (RHSC) in good standing when the listing agreement is signed. New2Market Inc., Brokerage may ask for proof of current membership.
2. The RHSC member must be a registered owner of the property being sold.
3. The offer applies to sales of residential properties only. It does not apply to leases.
4. The property must be listed exclusively with New2Market Inc., Brokerage for the full term of the listing agreement, including any extension.
5. The reduced rate applies only to the listing brokerage’s portion of the commission. The commission offered to a buyer’s brokerage is separate, is set out in your listing agreement, and is not reduced by this offer.
6. If New2Market Inc., Brokerage represents both the seller and the buyer (multiple representation, with the informed written consent of both parties), the total commission payable is 3.75% of the sale price, plus HST.
7. The reduced rate also applies to any commission earned during the holdover period of the listing agreement.
8. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, rebate, or promotion, including the Newmarket Gets A Deal offer.
9. This offer is not available for a property currently listed with another brokerage.
10. The terms of your signed listing agreement govern. New2Market Inc., Brokerage may change or end this offer at any time without notice; changes do not affect listing agreements already signed.

Real estate commissions are not set by law and are negotiable between the seller and the brokerage. HST applies to all commissions.
